ABA Therapy Partners is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing ABA plans and supporting progress toward personal goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration with supervising BCBA, maintaining detailed data, and participating in ongoing trainings to improve program effectiveness. A strong background in behavioral health and experience with children are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with multiple age groups.
• Must be a Certified Behavior Technician by BACB or registered to take the RBT exam.
• CPR/First Aid and CPI or equivalent certification.
• U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible to work in the U.S.
• HS diploma required.
• Experience with children with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions.
• Accept and implement feedback from BCBA to ensure program integrity.
• Teach socially appropriate replacement behaviors.
• Communicate client progress with supervising BCBA.
• Collect behavior data as specified in the client plan.
• Document interventions and progress toward goals.
• Attend trainings and related meetings.
• Work with multiple children when necessary.
• Desire to work with children with autism and related disabilities.
