Job summary

OOS Management Corp. is looking for a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in various settings. This position offers a flexible schedule and the chance to make a real impact in the lives of children with autism and developmental needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children preferred.
• Basic understanding of ABA principles and data collection required.
• Client prefers a male RBT.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings.
• Enter session notes and obtain signatures from parents or teachers.
• Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans under BCBA supervision.
