Job summary

Bright Ninos Autism Center is seeking caring individuals to work with kids to help them thrive through ABA therapy. You will engage in 1:1 activities with clients to build skills and social awareness. This position is ideal for caregivers with an interest in preschool teaching or related care roles.

60 hours of paid training, no experience needed. High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Experience with children with special needs preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to pass caregiver background check.
• Paid training for Registered Behavior Technician.
• You’ll always be working 1:1 with a client.
• Paid time off and paid training.
