Behavior Frontiers is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities. You'll help individuals with autism communicate, play, and gain independence while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Experience providing ABA therapy with individuals with autism.
• Willingness to learn DTT, naturalistic teaching, VB methods.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in diverse settings.
• Teach communication, play, and independence skills.
• Collect and analyze data using proprietary software for real-time decisions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other technicians to report progress.
