Behavior Frontiers is seeking energetic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians (BT). You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities, helping individuals communicate, play, and gain independence while collecting data with our proprietary software.

Qualifications

• 1:1 ABA therapy experience or passion for helping individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Education: some college credits or current enrollment.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities.
• Teach individuals with autism to communicate, play, make friends, and gain independence.
• Collect and analyze data with our proprietary software for real‑time decisions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other technicians to report progress.
