Community Autism Services (CAS) is hiring a Home & Community Behavior Technician in Buena Park, CA. This full-time role offers a weekday schedule with an hourly wage of 21.00–26.00 USD, training provided, and ongoing clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your assigned service region.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• No prior ABA experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under supervision
• Implement treatment plans in homes, schools, and community settings
• Use play-based strategies to engage children
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes
• Apply feedback to strengthen clinical skills
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and supervisors
• Support skill generalization across environments
• Maintain safe, professional therapy sessions
