Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Kirkland is seeking a part-time Certified Behavior Technician for in-home and community-based therapy. The role provides 1:1 ABA services to youth, under supervision, with a focus on communication, self-help and social skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a certified behavior technician certificate.
• Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
• Two+ years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable transportation and insurance.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in homes and/or community environments.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in home or community settings.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
• Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other treatment goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard patient information.
• Adhere to Company Policy and Procedures.
