Apploi in Colorado conducts in-home ABA sessions, guiding children with autism under BCBA supervision. You provide 1:1 therapy, follow individualized plans, and collect precise session data to inform treatment progress.

You’ll help children improve communication, social skills, and daily living abilities while staying aligned with clinical supervision and feedback. Afternoon and weekend hours support family schedules and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomists and EKG technicians who love working with children.
• Detail-oriented, reliable and comfortable following clinical protocols.
• Calm under pressure and open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA sessions in the child's home under BCBA supervision.
• Follow each child's individualized treatment plan.
• Collect accurate session data.
• Help kids build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Stay in touch with your clinical supervisor.
