A leading company in the building materials supply industry is looking for a heavy equipment operator to manage the movement of aggregate materials. The successful candidate will operate front-end loaders, maintain equipment, and ensure safety protocols are followed. What You'll Be Doing
Operate a front-end loader to move and load aggregate materials efficiently and safely
Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
Monitor material inventory and communicate with team members to meet production goals
Maintain clean and organized yard conditions
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment
Strong awareness of safety practices and hazard recognition
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment inspections and minor maintenance
Effective communication skills and attention to detail
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
What We Offer
$21.10 to $29.00 per hour
