What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate a front-end loader to move and load aggregate materials efficiently and safely
  • Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Monitor material inventory and communicate with team members to meet production goals
  • Maintain clean and organized yard conditions
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment
  • Strong awareness of safety practices and hazard recognition
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment inspections and minor maintenance
  • Effective communication skills and attention to detail

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
