Heidelberg Materials in Charlestown, NH, is seeking a skilled front-end loader operator to move, stockpile, and load aggregate materials in a fast-paced quarry environment.

You will perform pre-operational inspections, report maintenance needs promptly, and help maintain smooth material flow to meet production and customer needs while upholding safety standards and organized work areas.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate front-end loaders to safely move, stockpile, and load aggregate materials.
• Conduct pre-operational equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Maintain consistent material flow to support quarry production and customer needs.
• Monitor work areas for safety hazards and follow all site safety procedures.
• Keep work areas, haul roads, and stockpile locations clean and organized.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
