Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking an Excavator Operator in the United States. You will operate excavators to support aggregate production, perform daily inspections, and ensure materials are loaded and stockpiled safely to meet production goals.

We expect a strong safety mindset, ability to work with minimal supervision, and good communication with team members to support site performance and environmental standards.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

What We Offer

• $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
