Job summary

Inteplast Group is seeking a Warehouse Person C to safely move products and materials, load/unload trailers, and pull items for shipping. You will verify shipments, document discrepancies, and coordinate with carriers while operating pallet jacks and warehouse equipment.

Strong communication and attention to detail are essential for success. The role requires standing for long periods, physical capability to lift heavy objects, and willingness to work non-standard hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification preferred; CDL A not required but a plus.
• Experience in shipping and receiving preferred.
• Knowledge of MRP systems is a plus.
• Good oral and written communication skills; ability to coordinate with carriers.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and Receiving (Driving Required).
• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against PO.
• Inspect and document damages or discrepancies.
• Unload, sort, label incoming materials, and prepare outgoing shipments.
• Document shipments and maintain records; coordinate with carriers for pickups/deliveries.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment; assist with cycle counts.

Warehouse Person C

Position Objective

Operate in a safe and efficient manner. Facilitating the movement of product and raw materials from one location to another, properly load and unload trailers, as well as properly pull product for shipping to customer.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Able to operate a forklift - certification preferred
• CDL A License not required but is a plus
• Box truck experience a plus
• Previous experience in shipping and receiving preferred
• Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safely
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions

Job Responsibilities
