Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to haul aggregate materials within our quarry operations. You will perform pre- and post-shift inspections, follow safety procedures, and coordinate with dispatch and supervisors to meet production goals.

The role requires working outdoors in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability. Candidates should be able to operate heavy mobile equipment and contribute to a clean, efficient work area.

What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate haul units to transport aggregate materials throughout the quarry.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
