Heidelberg Materials is seeking a night shift production supervisor to lead and coordinate production, maintenance, and operations. The role emphasizes safety, quality and performance, with hands-on leadership and task assignment to crews.

The candidate will monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with maintenance and management, and coach team members toward continuous improvement and accountability. FMCSA testing may be required; union benefits are highlighted.
