  • Weekly Target: Gross an average of $1,100 per week.
  • Pay Breakdown: Base load pay of $0.56 CPM for both loaded and empty miles , reinforced by short-haul premiums, $20 per stop , and performance transition bonuses. Averaging ~1,000 miles per week.
• Freight & Operational Specs * The Lanes: Intermodal drayage servicing a 300-mile radius around St. Louis across Missouri and Illinois zones. Open to drivers residing within 50 miles of the 63147 terminal hub. * Cargo & Handling: Moving container chassis freight with 100% no hand-unloading. Operates with a mix of drop-and-hooks, preloads, live loads, and live unloads in well-maintained slip-seat day cabs.
• Schedule & Home Time * Daily Resets: Return home at the end of every single shift. * Shifts: Flexible day or night shift configurations (weekend availability required; holiday scheduling as needed per rail volume).
• Requirements & Screening Protocols * Experience Standards: Open to recent CDL school graduates (120+ accredited hours), recent OTR drivers (6 months in the last 12 months), or seasoned professionals (12 months in the past 5 years). * Screening: Clean results required on mandatory pre-employment dual-panel hair follicle and urine drug screenings. (3 solo openings available!)
