Job summary

Raley's in Tucson seeks a Courtesy Clerk to help customers at the front end, bag groceries, collect carts, and keep the store clean. You will engage with shoppers and fellow Team Members in a fast-paced environment, delivering a friendly and helpful experience.

Responsibilities include bagging, cart retrieval, restocking, and assisting customers to find items. Must be at least 18, with 21 for alcohol service; a positive attitude and reliability are essential for this role.

Position Purpose: Our Courtesy Clerks will be responsible for executing a wide variety of tasks throughout the front end of the store, including bagging groceries, cleaning, collecting carts, and will provide a memorable experience for all our customers.

Responsibilities:

A Courtesy Clerk is a responsible, friendly person who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.

A Courtesy Clerk’s Responsibilities Include

• Bagging customers' groceries in a neat, orderly fashion.
• Collect shopping carts from the parking lot, assist customers to their cars with their groceries
• Always maintain a cheerful, helpful attitude toward all customers and other Team Members
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of store and restrooms
• Assist with “go backs” and accompany customers to locate items throughout the store
• All other related duties as assigned

Employees may occasionally experience the following physical demands for an extended period: Standing, Sitting, Lifting + Stocking (Up to 50 lbs.), Pushing, Keyboarding, Telephone Use, Walking, Bending
