Job summary

West Texas Centers seeks motivated individuals for ongoing Case Management with a competitive starting pay and a benefits package. Applicants must reside within 70 miles of the duty site, hold a Bachelor’s or higher degree, and have a valid driver’s license with insurable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in gaining needed services: access to medical, social, vocational, educational.
• Coordinate services for clients.
• Monitor services and advocate on behalf of clients.
• Resolve crises as needed.
• Engage clients in activities designed to reduce symptoms of mental illness and improve community functioning.

Job description

West Texas Centers is searching for highly motivated individuals to perform on-going Case Management to people served. Starting Pay:$21.84

Job Functions include assisting individuals in gaining needed services:

• access to medical, social, vocational, educational
• coordination of services
• service monitoring
• advocacy
• crisis resolution
• engaging clients in activities designed to reduce the symptoms of mental illness and to increase the ability of the individual to function in the community.

Requires flexible hours, involves extensive paperwork, and will require self-directed performance. Travel and the use of a personal vehicle is required.

• Position Requirements:
• Required: Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university
• Must have and maintain a Valid Drivers License and driving record that is acceptable for insurability through our insurance carrier.
