West Texas Centers is searching for dedicated individuals to provide ongoing Case Management for people served. The role includes a career ladder, performance incentives, flexible schedules, and a rewarding work environment.

Starting pay is $21.84 per hour. Requires a bachelor's or advanced degree, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel within the 70-mile radius of the duty site. Extensive paperwork and self-directed performance are expected.

• Residence within 70 miles of the duty site.

• Assist individuals in gaining access to medical, social, vocational, and educational services.
• Coordinate and monitor services and advocate for clients.
• Engage clients in activities to reduce mental illness symptoms and improve community function.
• Travel as required and perform extensive paperwork.

Starting Pay:$21.84

Job Functions include assisting individuals in gaining needed services:

• access to medical, social, vocational, educational
• coordination of services
• service monitoring
• advocacy
• crisis resolution
• engaging clients in activities designed to reduce the symptoms of mental illness and to increase the ability of the individual to function in the community.

Requires flexible hours, involves extensive paperwork, and will require self-directed performance. Travel and the use of a personal vehicle is required.

• Position Requirements:
• Required: Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university
• Must have and maintain a Valid Drivers License and driving record that is acceptable for insurability through our insurance carrier.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Applicants must reside within 70 mile radius of duty site
