Job summary

Pearce Heating, AC & Electric Inc. on the Eastside is seeking a licensed residential electrician to lead installs and service calls with the support of helpers, a stocked truck, and office backing for scheduling, invoicing, and customer service.

You’ll perform HVAC wiring, panel upgrades, generators, EV charger installs, surge protection, and troubleshooting while ensuring code compliance and delivering a customer-first experience.

Qualifications

• Washington Journeyman Electrician license required.
• Strong residential electrical experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Pearce Heating, AC & Electric Inc. is looking for a licensed electrician to join our team and take the lead on residential installs & service calls. You’ll have the support of helpers, a stocked truck, and full office backing—including scheduling, invoicing, and customer service. Your focus will be doing quality electrical work, while we handle the logistics.
