Kirby Electric, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to analyze plans and quantities, source and negotiate supplier quotes, and prepare detailed bid proposals for upcoming projects.

The Estimators’ responsibilities includeanalyzing plans, bills of quantities and other project documentation to estimate costs. Research, source, negotiate and obtain the best price and quote from suppliers and subcontractors.
Responsible for ensuring crew follows all state, local, jobsite and company safety policies. Lead morning meetings. Plan, supervise and perform all phases of commercial electrical work. Communicate clearly with crew and office, order materials and approve field time for crew. Work closely with Superintendents and Project Managers to control hours and job costs.
