Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America seeks a motivated labor associate to safely operate equipment used in aggregate production and perform general labor tasks. You will support plant operations with routine cleanup and maintenance, monitor product quality, and collaborate with teammates to maintain a safe, productive site.

Candidate must be able to lift, bend, stand for long periods, and follow procedures. The role requires reliability and a willingness to learn various equipment across the site.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
