Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Midwest Agg, Inc. is seeking a quarry support helper to assist with operations on site. You will help maintain safety and efficiency by supporting crushing, screening, and material handling processes, and performing equipment cleanup and minor repairs.

The role requires a safety-first mindset, mechanical aptitude, and strong teamwork to meet production goals in a demanding outdoor environment. Competitive hourly pay and union benefits are offered.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform a variety of quarry support duties to maintain safe and efficient operations.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
