Heidelberg Materials is seeking a detail-oriented operations associate to manage truck scale activities and process inbound and outbound aggregate shipments across multiple sites. You will verify load information, prepare tickets, and maintain accurate production and sales records.

You will collaborate with drivers, customers, dispatch, and site teams to ensure smooth material flow and accurate reporting, while upholding strong safety and service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

This position supports multiple aggregate quarry locations and involves work in both office and industrial environments. Regular interaction with truck drivers, customers, and operations personnel is required. The role may involve travel between assigned sites and exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and moving equipment in accordance with established safety practices.
