Alakaʻi Services and Poe'hana Group, Inc. in Hawaii seeks a skilled Medical Operations Coordinator to support DoD mission objectives across the Indo-Pacific region. The role focuses on planning, coordination, and sustainment of complex medical services in dynamic environments.
You will work with government partners, travel as required across CONUS/OCONUS sites, and maintain compliance with applicable policies and security requirements while improving patient care workflows.
The purpose of this position is to support mission-critical logistics, sustainment, operational, facilities, training, and mission-enabling activities in support of U.S. Government and Department of Defense objectives throughout the Indo-Pacific region. Personnel in this role contribute to the planning, coordination, execution, and sustainment of complex operations in dynamic and geographically dispersed environments. The position supports operational readiness, resource integration, mission effectiveness, and stakeholder collaboration while ensuring compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and security requirements. Duties are performed in support of contingency, expeditionary, and steady-state operations and may require coordination with Government personnel, mission partners, and cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
This role coordinates and oversees the delivery of medical services to ensure efficient patient care. Schedules appointments, procedures, and follow-ups while maintaining accurate records and documentation. Communicates with healthcare providers, patients, and external organizations to facilitate seamless service delivery. Monitors compliance with medical protocols, policies, and regulations to uphold quality standards. Tracks and analyzes patient data to identify trends and optimize service workflows. Resolves logistical challenges related to medical operations and resource allocation. Implements process improvements to enhance the efficiency of medical service coordination. Maintains confidentiality and security of sensitive patient information in accordance with applicable laws and guidelines.
