Job summary

SSM Health in Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Occupational Health clinician for our Waupun clinic to deliver patient care and collaborate with employer contracts. You will work in an outpatient setting and contribute to program development.

You will conduct pre-employment and on-the-job physicals, support population health initiatives, and work with a dedicated medical team and EPIC EMR, with on-site labs and imaging at Waupun Memorial Hospital.

Qualifications

• Experience strongly preferred.
• Detail-oriented.
• Strong time management skills.
• Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program.
• Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure and DEA License in Wisconsin (NPs require APRN).
• Preferred certifications: Medical Examiner for DOT, NIOSH, CAOHC.
