SSM Health's Waupun Clinic in Wisconsin is seeking a collaborative PA or NP to join our outpatient Family Medicine practice. The role emphasizes 100% outpatient care and building a patient panel in a supportive team environment.

You will work daytime hours with options for 4 or 5 days, no nights or weekends, and built-in administrative time. We offer a comprehensive financial package and robust benefits beginning soon after employment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
  • NPs should be APRN
• Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Wisconsin
