SSM Health in Waupun, Wisconsin, is growing its outpatient Family Medicine practice and seeks a collaborative PA to join a supportive team.

This 100% outpatient, full-time role offers daytime Monday-Friday hours with options for 4 or 5-day weeks, NO nights or weekends, and built-in admin time.

You'll lead your own patient panel with patient-focused support staff, paired with a comprehensive financial package and benefits, including health coverage and retirement match.

Qualifications

• Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) Program.
• Ability to obtain PA licensure in Wisconsin.
