Job summary

Eastcastle Place in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse for a part-time, non-exempt PM shift (3:00PM-11:15PM), 24 hours/week with every-other-weekend rotations. You will provide high-quality resident care and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and therapists to support daily living and rehabilitation goals.

Applicants must hold an active Wisconsin LPN license, CPR certification, and have experience in long-term care or skilled rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license registered through the State of Wisconsin.
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• CPR certification required.
• Previous experience in Long Term Care and Skilled Rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrate reliability and accountability.
• A strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
