Job summary
A leading logistics company in Turkey is looking for an IT Application Specialist to provide technical support for various IT applications. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, strong analytical skills, and at least two years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring IT system effectiveness. This role requires fluent English and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for WMS, TMS, and other IT applications.
- Act as a key contributor to new WMS project implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during system implementation.
- Ensure IT activities align with approved processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and optimize IT systems.
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking within IT systems.

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS SQL, EDI, FTP, and web services integration.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to manage and implement IT systems effectively.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related IT Field.
- Provide technical support for WMS, TMS, and other IT applications to ensure smooth operations.
- Act as a key contributor to new WMS project implementations, including system setup, integration, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during system implementation and maintenance phases.
- Ensure all IT activities align with approved processes and company standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, suppliers, and data integration teams.
- Monitor and optimize IT systems to improve operational efficiency and sustainability.
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking within IT systems and ensure timely updates.
