As a Senior Learning & Development Specialist in Insider, day in and day out you:

• will always remember that as L&D you are always present, active, organized & vibrant,
• will be developing and implementing leadership development, organizational development, and performance,
• will be conducting new hire orientations and onboarding programs for Turkey and abroad offices while answering or researching and following up on all new hire questions,
• will be managing all aspects of training, including creation and supervision of ongoing training programs,
• will be developing and implementing all training assessment and evaluation tools,
• will be evaluating training programs and processes for their overall effectiveness,
• will be identifying technical and behavioral training needs to design and implement training programs,
• will be identifying and reporting training metrics,
• will be responsible for assisting in internal engagement events,
• will be promoting L&D events and training internally and externally,
• will be creating clear policies and employee handbooks that explain Insider’s operations,
• will be drafting yearly training planning for departments,
• will always be open to going beyond assigned responsibilities and eager to take part in new tasks.

We want you to join us if you:

• have a Bachelor's degree in a related field,
• have a minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development activities,
• are passionate about Human Resources and engaging deeply with people,
• have an excellent command of written and spoken English,
• are a result-oriented person with strong planning and organization skills,
• have proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment,
• are comfortable with ambiguity.
