Job summary

ROBINSON Club GmbH seeks a Youth Leader (m/f/d) to plan and run daytime activities and the youth show for guests aged 13–17. You’ll design engaging programs, ensure safety, and foster a fun, inclusive atmosphere while collaborating with a small team.

You should be passionate about working with adolescents, ready to live and work in one of our clubs for at least six months, and eager to create memorable vacation moments for families and young guests.

Qualifications

• Experience working with adolescents in sports clubs or camps.
• Ability to engage others with ideas; flexible and professional.
• Willingness to live and work at a club for at least six months.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and execute daytime youth programs and the nightly youth show.
• Create content that changes every 14 days and collaborate with colleagues.
• Ensure guest safety and communicate with parents as needed.
