Genesis HealthCare System is seeking a qualified nurse to plan, provide and supervise nursing care, coordinating with other caregivers to ensure patient safety and high-quality care. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered treatment and adherence to infection control policies.

The position requires a BSN or higher, Ohio RN license, CWON certification (or within 24 months), CPR, and at least two years of clinical nursing experience.

Formación

• BSN or Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field and current Ohio RN License.
• Current CWON certification by WOCN Board, or obtain within 24 months of hire.
• Two years clinical nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write and explain or describe moderately complex information to other hospital staff.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate well in an oral and written manner.
• Ability to read, calculate and prepare medication, and observe and analyze any reactions.
• Ability to collect data, interpret findings, set priorities and carry out established plan.
• Competence in age-specific patient care as documented by the attached checklist.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses condition and provides treatment for care of patient.
• May observe, assess, guide, and evaluate others.
• Administers prescribed medications.
