Zusammenfassung

PlusMinusOne seeks a curious Web Growth Specialist to optimize web-to-app funnels and convert campaign traffic into subscriptions. You will analyze funnels from ad click to purchase, collaborate with marketing on campaigns, and benchmark competitors to drive growth.

Hybrid role with 3 days/week in Istanbul, plus a strong focus on experimentation, paywalls, and onboarding optimization. English proficiency required and a passion for rapid learning and team collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Genuine curiosity about digital products, user behavior, funnels, and growth.
• Good understanding of web funnels, user journey, landing pages, onboarding flows, paywalls, and subscription logic
• Basic understanding of performance marketing and how paid traffic works across channels such as Meta, TikTok, or Google
• Ability to analyze funnel and campaign performance to identify actionable insights
• Research-minded and able to benchmark competitors and translate findings into ideas
• Analytical thinking and comfort with numbers, metrics and reports
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and willingness to learn fast
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Appreciation of team spirit and cross-functional collaboration

Aufgaben

• Support and lead web funnel projects to improve user acquisition and subscription growth
• Analyze web-to-app funnels from ad click to landing page, quiz/onboarding, paywall, app install, trial start, and purchase
• Work closely with marketing teams on campaign strategy, traffic quality, landing page performance, and optimization opportunities
• Review campaign and funnel performance to understand where users drop off and what can be improved
• Benchmark competitors and analyze their funnels, messaging, landing pages, paywalls, and user journeys
• Help create and improve landing page structures, quiz flows, paywall messaging, CTAs, and funnel ideas
• Collaborate with product, design, marketing, and data teams to align growth initiatives with UX and business goals
• Support A/B test planning by defining hypotheses, variants, success metrics, and next steps
• Prepare clear reports and insights to help the team make better growth decisions
• Stay up to date with subscription app funnels, ad strategies, competitor examples, and growth best practices
