PLANET S.A. is seeking an experienced Team Leader / Project Manager for a major water and wastewater infrastructure project in Hatay and Osmaniye, Türkiye.

The successful candidate will oversee the project team and supervise construction works to ensure timely delivery throughout the construction period. The role requires extensive experience in water/wastewater projects, FIDIC-based contracts, and senior stakeholder coordination, with 10+ years in the field and strong English skills.

Formación

• University degree (BSc/MSc/PhD) in Civil, Environmental, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience in at least three infrastructure construction and/or construction supervision projects involving water networks, wastewater networks, drinking water treatment plants, or wastewater treatment plants.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the water/wastewater sector.
• Experience in at least two FIDIC-based construction supervision projects, working for the Employer as Team Leader, Project Manager, Deputy Team Leader, Resident Engineer, Engineer or Engineer’s Representative.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications.
• Availability to work full time throughout the construction period.

Responsabilidades

• Overall supervision of construction activities and monitoring of progress against project requirements and timelines.
• Liaison with the Employer, contractors, project counterparts and other relevant stakeholders.
• Monitoring of contractual, technical and financial aspects of the project.
• Preparation and coordination of project reports and other required documentation.
• Identification and management of project risks, issues and corrective actions.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable contractual requirements, procedures and quality standards.
• Supporting the implementation of the Works Contract in accordance with FIDIC conditions and project requirements.

The position requires strong experience in water and wastewater infrastructure projects, construction supervision and FIDIC-based contracts, combined with proven project management and stakeholder coordination capabilities.

• Experience in at least two (2) FIDIC-based construction supervision projects, working on behalf of the Employer as Team Leader, Project Manager, Deputy Team Leader, Resident Engineer, Engineer or Engineer’s Representative.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications.
• Availability to work full time throughout the construction period.

Additional Assets

• Experience in the operation of water and/or wastewater networks.
• Experience in the operation of drinking water and/or wastewater treatment plants.
• Experience in the implementation of PRAG procedures.
• Previous professional/project experience in Türkiye.
