Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
• At least 8 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction supervision and/or infrastructure projects in water or wastewater sector.
• Experience in EU or other international funded projects.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• English speaking and writing skills will be considered an asset.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of construction activities on site.
• Site management and coordination with contractors and project teams.
• Monitoring and controlling construction progress.
• Quality assurance and quality control — QA/QC.
• Review of technical documentation, reports and site records.
• Preparation of progress reports and technical inputs.
• Participation in site meetings and coordination meetings.
• Monitoring compliance with technical specifications, contractual requirements and project timelines.
• Supporting communication with contractors, stakeholders and project teams.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
