Job summary

Cencora is seeking a warehouse operations professional in Turkey to ensure the proper handling of temperature-sensitive materials and accurate record-keeping across storage, packing, and shipment processes.

Responsibilities include monitoring materials, updating inventory and shipment documents, identifying irregularities, coordinating material movement, and preparing packaging for outbound activity in line with standard procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.
• Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action.
• Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.
• Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.
