Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Associate to monitor temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to preserve required conditions and maintain traceability. You will update transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to ensure accuracy and control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Less than 2 years in warehouse support or related fields.
• CSCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations processes including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging and shipping.
• Knowledge of inventory control, stock movement tracking and traceability.
• Knowledge of temperature-controlled handling for sensitive products.
• Knowledge of packaging materials and replenishment practices in warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of shipment documentation and transaction processing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to preserve conditions.
• Update warehouse transactions, inventory records and shipment documentation for traceability and control.
• Identify on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and route per procedures.
• Coordinate material movement using approved warehouse equipment for safe flow.
• Prepare packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalate non-standard handling or inventory issues for timely follow-up.
