As part of a global health logistics organization, you will follow established procedures, handle multiple routine tasks, and ensure compliance with local laws and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.
