Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking a warehouse support specialist to join our distribution operations in Turkey.

You will assist in temperature-controlled storage, packaging, and shipment preparation to ensure traceable, compliant processes across our network. You will monitor inventory transactions, update records, identify on-hold or damaged items, coordinate material movement with warehouse equipment, and escalate issues to keep outbound activity timely and accurate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
• CSCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations processes including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas for outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues for follow-up.
