Job summary

Randstad Türkiye is seeking a dedicated Visa Operations Specialist to lead end-to-end processing of work permits and visas for employees and stakeholders in Istanbul. You will ensure compliance with local and international laws, and act as a critical liaison between Chinese & English-speaking stakeholders and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Visa & Immigration Management: End-to-end processing of work permits, residence permits, and business visas for employees and stakeholders.
• Documentation & Compliance: Reviewing, preparing, and submitting accurate portfolios in line with local and international immigration laws.
• Communication & Translation: Bridge between Chinese & English-speaking stakeholders and authorities; translate relevant documents when needed.
• Tracking & Reporting: Maintain a visa-status database to prevent lapses in legal status.
• Consultancy: Provide clear guidance on visa requirements, timelines, and interview preparations.

Key Responsibilities

• Visa & Immigration Management: End-to-end processing of work permits, residence permits, and business visas for employees and stakeholders.
• Documentation & Compliance: Reviewing, preparing, and submitting accurate application portfolios in strict compliance with local and international immigration laws.
• Communication & Translation: Acting as the primary bridge between Chinese & English-speaking stakeholders, local authorities, and internal teams; translating relevant legal or administrative documents when necessary.
• Tracking & Reporting: Maintaining an up-to-date database of visa statuses, expiration dates, and renewals to ensure zero lapse in legal status.
• Consultancy: Providing clear guidance and updates to employees regarding visa requirements, timelines, and interview preparations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Language Skills: Professional working proficiency or native fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Good command of English and/or Turkish is a strong asset.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of solid, hands-on experience specifically in visa operations, global mobility, or corporate immigration processes.
• Background & Stability: A proven track record of career stability. Prior experience within a travel agency, tour agency, or the broader tourism industry is highly preferred. Candidates with an average tenure of less than 3 years per role will not be considered.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Location: Must be currently residing in or willing to relocate to Istanbul.
