Job summary

The International Organization for Migration in Turkey seeks a position to assist the German family reunification visa process within the FAP program. You will support daily visa services, manage case files, and coordinate with the German Embassy to ensure timely processing.

Responsibilities include data entry into Dynamics 365, preparing application documents, and guiding migrants through visa requirements with accuracy and sensitivity.

Qualifications

• School diploma with five years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Client Services, Social Science or related field.
• Experience in international organizations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily beneficiaries at the FAP Center and manage case files.
• Process family reunification visa applications and medical records.
• Prepare and review interview reports and maintain file tracking.
• Enter data into the FAP management system and manage documents.
• Organize appointment scheduling and logistics coordination.
• Ensure confidentiality and adherence to SOPs and data protection.
