Job summary

International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) in Türkiye seeks a Project Management Assistant to provide efficient administrative and operational support for the ENHANCER PRO project activities. The role reports to the Portfolio Manager and requires coordinating reporting, events, and stakeholder liaison in English and Turkish.

Experience with SAP and common IT tools is desirable, enabling effective coordination across activities funded by the EU and implemented under Türkiye's

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Turkish required.
• Experience in administrative project coordination, reporting, event organisation, stakeholder liaison.
• Experience with SAP and standard IT applications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient administrative and operational support to project activities under the Portfolio Manager.
• Coordinate project activities, prepare reports, organise events, and liaise with stakeholders.
