Job summary

TotalEnergies, Istanbul-based AGUP-2 project, seeks a Vendors QC Inspector (Turkish Nationals Only). The role ensures quality from fabrication through testing, aligning with ITPs, QCPs, and project standards. Strong CSWIP/NDT/Welding skills, 10+ years in oil & gas, and fluent English are required.

Responsibilities include documentation review, NCR handling, and collaboration with QA/QC teams, vendors and third-party inspectors in a high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical discipline required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas or heavy industries on large-scale projects.
• CSWIP 3.2.1 certification mandatory.
• NDT qualifications (RT/UT/PT) advantageous.
• Fluent in English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform vendor shop inspections during fabrication, assembly, testing and packaging activities.
• Verify adherence to approved ITPs, QCPs, and procedures; verify hold, witness and surveillance points.
• Review and verify vendor documentation (MTC/MTR, WPS/WPQR, weld maps, NDT reports, calibration certificates).
• Endorse inspection reports and issue release/shipping clearance when applicable.
• Ensure material traceability and compliance with ISO, ASME, API, ASTM, EN.
