Job summary

KPMG Türkiye in Istanbul (Fatih) seeks a Business Valuation Associate to join our Deal Advisory team. You will build financial and valuation models, assess KPIs across sectors, and contribute to client presentations and reports.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree (prefer MSc in Finance), have 2–3 years in audit/finance, strong MS Office skills, English proficiency, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset to work independently and support the national practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MSc in Finance is preferred.
• 2–3 years in audit, corporate finance or valuation.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent English; strong written and verbal skills.
• MS Office proficiency; detail‑oriented and motivated.
• CFA candidacy is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university; preferably an MSc degree from an accredited college/university, with a Finance concentration,
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in audit, corporate finance, business valuation or related experience,
• Financial modeling skills and analytical expertise,
• Strong research and financial analysis skills,
• . CFA candidacy and different financial skill sets would be a plus,
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Applications,
• Excellent command of English,
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills,

Job Description
