Job summary

KPMG Türkiye in Istanbul (Fatih) seeks a Business Valuation Associate to join our Deal Advisory team. You will build financial and valuation models, assess KPIs across sectors, and contribute to client presentations and reports.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree (prefer MSc in Finance), have 2–3 years in audit/finance, strong MS Office skills, English proficiency, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset to work independently and support the national practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MSc in Finance is preferred.
• 2–3 years in audit, corporate finance or valuation.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent English; strong written and verbal skills.
• MS Office proficiency; detail‑oriented and motivated.
• CFA candidacy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create financial and valuation models using external data.
• Perform financial analysis and identify KPIs across sectors.
• Challenge complex business plan models.
• Deliver presentations and document results for clients.
• Draft reports for senior team members and client decks.
