Job summary

KPMG Türkiye is seeking a Business Valuation Associate within the Deal Advisory team to support financial analyses and valuation projects across sectors.

You will build financial models, conduct due diligence, and prepare client-ready presentations while collaborating with senior colleagues and leveraging strong MS Office skills and English communication.

The role emphasizes independent work, proactive learning, and attention to detail in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with finance concentration; MSc preferred.
• 2–3 years experience in audit, corporate finance, business valuation or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent English; strong written and verbal communication.
• Motivation, dedication and attention to detail; proactive learner.
• Ability to work independently and support team initiatives nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Creating financial and valuation models utilizing external sources.
• Expert in financial analysis, reading financial tables of a company and identifying KPIs of various sectors.
• Able to challenge complex business plan models.
• Presentation skills in pitching and negotiating the project results as well as documentation capabilities.
• Drafting reports to senior members of the team and participating in development of Client presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university; preferably an MSc degree from an accredited college/university, with a Finance concentration,
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in audit, corporate finance, business valuation or related experience,
• Financial modeling skills and analytical expertise,
• Strong research and financial analysis skills,
• CFA candidacy and different financial skill sets would be a plus,
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Applications,
• Excellent command of English,
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills,
• High level of motivation, commitment, and dedication and attention to detail,
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn,
• Ability to work independently and support team initiatives throughout the national practice.
