Job summary

KPMG Türkiye is seeking a Transaction Services Associate / Senior Associate within our Advisory team in Istanbul. You will analyze potential transactions by sector research, review information memorandums, and identify key drivers behind trading performance and cash flows.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in transaction advisory or audit, a strong accounting/finance background, excellent English, and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business, MSc/MA preferred.
• 2–5 years in transaction advisory or audit.
• Strong accounting and finance background with financial analysis.
• Fluent English, high business standard.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to lead in high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand drivers of a potential transaction via sector research.
• Analyze financial data to identify the key drivers behind the trading performance and cash flows.
• Discuss business drivers, historical events and balance sheet positions with management.
• Analyze key valuation considerations such as adjusted EBITDA, working capital requirements and net debt.
• Identify and report key factual conclusions and advice to support negotiations.
• Cooperate with other advisors involved in the process.
