Responsibilities include cleaning tasks, basic landscaping, stocking supplies, and assisting with equipment maintenance while ensuring safe handling of materials. The position emphasizes teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret written work orders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Must follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Follow verbal and written instructions from the Maintenance Manager.
• Clean and maintain property inside and outside the facility.
• Perform basic landscaping duties.
• Order and maintain cleaning supplies.
• Conduct basic repairs on equipment or report issues.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of cleaning supplies.
• Other duties assigned.
