Job summary

Silver Tree Residential, LLC is seeking a Facilities Technician for our properties in the Greater Atlanta area. This role supports Directors in maintenance and capital improvement efforts across assigned communities, handling inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely completion of work orders.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of property maintenance experience, is capable of collaborating with supervisors, residents, and vendors, and has their own tools plus a valid driver's

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years property maintenance experience.
• HVAC knowledge and appliance familiarity required.
• Must have own tools and a valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and capital improvements with Directors.
• Inspect and schedule preventive maintenance for equipment and systems.
• Respond to work orders promptly and work well with residents, vendors and staff.
• Assist in make-ready process for vacant units to prepare for new move-ins.
